To teach the community how to enjoy healthy food without the need to diet and restrict.
At 16 my mother was diagnosed with diabetes. While walking with her on her health journey I was able to become healthier. I realized how much my life had been impacted by food. Not only did we lose weight, we felt better. Increased energy levels, better moods, and increased confidence levels were just a few benefits of changing our eating habits. From that point on, I knew I had to share what food had done for us. With so much nutrition information in the world, social media, and peer pressure. I wanted to serve as a source and advocate for credible information.
